An action that removes a pubkey from a follow set
Parameters
- pubkey: string | ProfilePointer | (string | ProfilePointer)[]
  the pubkey to remove from the set
- identifier: string | NostrEvent
  the "d" tag of the follow set
- hidden: boolean = false
  set to true to remove from hidden follows
